30-Day Warranty on Most Used Auto Parts
Most parts purchased from Pick-N-Pull Redding come with a 30-day warranty, providing you ample time to assess and install your part. This warranty underscores our commitment to quality and customer confidence. Should you need to return a part, it’s essential to have your original receipt, dated within 30 days of the return. To validate your purchase and return eligibility, ensure that a Pick-N-Pull Redding employee marks your part with our designated paint and initials it at the time of purchase. This marking is crucial for processing any returns. Please note that we require the physical original receipt for returns; photocopies or digital images of receipts cannot be accepted.
For a return to be processed, the part must be in the same condition as it was when purchased. The final determination of the part’s condition rests with Pick-N-Pull Redding. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the part’s condition has changed since the original purchase date.
Core Charge Refunds
If your purchase included a core charge, this fee is refundable. To receive a core charge refund, return the core part to the Pick-N-Pull Redding store where you made the purchase within 30 days. The return must be accompanied by the original dated receipt. Similar to part returns, we require the original physical receipt for core charge refunds and cannot accept copies or digital images.
It’s important to remember that this 30-day warranty is void without the original dated receipt and the presence of our unique paint markings on the part. Please also note that the Environmental Fee is non-refundable.
Used Tire Policy
Pick-N-Pull Redding offers used tires that have undergone a visual inspection for obvious damage or defects. However, it is important to understand that hidden issues in used tires may exist. By purchasing used tires “as is” from our Redding location, you acknowledge this and agree to have the tires professionally inspected and installed by a qualified tire installer or shop.
If the used tires you purchased have not been driven on, we offer an exchange policy. Within three (3) days of purchase, you can exchange the tires for replacement tires only. Monetary refunds are not provided for used tires. This exchange must be accompanied by the original dated receipt and the tires must have our proper paint markings. This three-day exchange policy becomes void without the original dated receipt and the paint markings. As with other parts, the Environmental Fee for tires is non-refundable.
Air Bag Policy
Please be aware that all air bags sold at Pick-N-Pull Redding are sold “as is.” There is no warranty or exchange available for air bags. When purchasing an air bag, the buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring its proper repair, replacement, or installation by a qualified auto technician. All sales of air bags are final.
