I’ve been there once about 6 yrs ago and remember feeling I got the 1star treatment as well. And now decided to give review. Yes the guy has ZERO bedside manner and no tolerance for much. HOWEVER their parts availability are impressive and will be looking for a rim soon. Thicken the skin a little, and be specific with your inquiries and most likely they will have your part. It does take some navigation to get in and get out the place but in the end I got my part for a fair price. 4 stars because their parts availability outweighs what I personally think about someone I don’t even know.

Not professional at all. Went to get a part. Had to find the part myself while the owner or worker whom ever he was sit at the front desk. Was not very friendly, mad you feel as if he was doing you a favor. The part I bought did not have all the parts do it. I would strongly recommend not doing business with cintron. I believe every customer is special. I did not feel appreciated.
