Hall Pantera began its journey in 1976, fueled by Gary and Beverly Hall’s passion for the iconic Pantera automobile. Gary’s initial fascination with his 1973 Pantera ignited a lifelong quest to secure enough components to keep his prized vehicle running indefinitely. Starting modestly, Gary traded in Pantera parts while transitioning from his successful career as the top national distributor for Rainbow vacuum cleaners. When Lincoln-Mercury ceased Pantera imports, Gary recognized a unique opportunity. He acquired Bill Stroppe’s extensive inventory of Pantera parts. Stroppe, based in Long Beach, was instrumental in preparing Lincoln-Mercury’s incoming Panteras. This acquisition marked the humble beginnings of Gary and Bev’s small parts enterprise in Bellflower, California.
As their fledgling parts business flourished, driven by the escalating demand for Pantera Car Parts, they relocated to a larger facility down the street in Paramount, CA, in 1985. This new location became the foundation for a legacy characterized by meticulously restored vehicles, a vast collection of NOS (New Old Stock) and aftermarket parts, a cherished family-operated business, and countless cherished memories. While Gary passed away in June 2009, and Beverly recently in May 2024, their legacy continues. Several of Gary and Bev’s children and grandchildren have contributed to the company’s success. Today, their granddaughter Tara, a full-time employee since 1998, leads Hall Pantera.
Hall Pantera now concentrates exclusively on supplying parts. Maintaining its long-standing tradition, the company ships Pantera car parts globally.
