KIDZONE warrants its merchandise against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material for one (1) year from the purchase date. Notification of defects must be prompt, accompanied by invoice and delivery ticket copies. KIDZONE may inspect the defect, request samples, or digital images for verification. THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
- Minor color variations due to photography and printing tolerances.
- Slight size variations from U.S. standard measurements due to metric system manufacturing.
- No returns for buyer’s remorse.
