In-Store Purchase Returns
For items purchased directly from our retail store, returns with a receipt are simple. Just bring the unused and unopened item back with your original sales receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you have a gift receipt, you will receive store credit for the item’s value at the time of purchase.
What if you don’t have a receipt? No problem. We can still process a return without a receipt. In this case, the refund will be in the form of store merchandise credit, issued at the lowest price the item was sold for within the last 90 days. To process a return without a receipt, we require a valid, state-issued driver’s license or state ID card for identification. Please note that we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns made without a receipt.

You can return any unused and unopened product purchased on or after February 9, 2018, at any time. To qualify, your Good Sam Club membership must be active on the date of purchase. Exceptions & Exclusions

Outboard motors, trolling motors, EPIRBs, boats, SPOT devices, life rafts, PLBs, Class B AIS, items with expiration dates, custom-made/cut or special-order items, rigging, generators, electronic charts, mattresses, flares, hazardous items, licenses, and gift cards. For these items, if you find them to be defective, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Certain items, if unopened and unused, can be returned within a 30-day window. These include electronics, skateboards, bikes, software, bedding, canoes, tents, drones, and kayaks. After 30 days, defective returns or exchanges for these items must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Clearance and Outlet items are sold “as is” and are final sale, meaning they cannot be returned at any time.

Once an item has been installed, we cannot accept it for return or exchange. If an installed product becomes defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for returns or exchanges under their warranty.

Returns on items purchased with a promotional discount will be prorated. The value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement. Items received as free gifts as part of a promotion can only be exchanged if damaged or defective and for a direct replacement only.
