Returns and Exchanges at Acme Car Parts
Acme Car Parts is committed to your satisfaction. We accept returns within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date, provided the items are returned in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Returns made after thirty (30) days but within sixty (60) days of purchase will be processed for store credit, also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on opened electrical components due to quality control and potential tampering concerns. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, Acme Car Parts will gladly exchange the faulty part for the same component. If the original part is no longer available, our standard refund policy will be applied. Kindly note that deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
