Unhappy Customer Experience with B and R Auto Wrecking Graham Car Parts

Dealing with car repairs can be stressful, and finding reliable parts is crucial to getting back on the road quickly. My experience with B And R Auto Wrecking Graham Car Parts started positively, with a negotiated price for a transmission that seemed reasonable and fair. Initially, the process felt smooth and I was optimistic about the purchase.

However, my experience took a sharp turn for the worse when the A-rated transmission I bought turned out to be faulty. It simply didn’t work, necessitating an exchange. I had communicated the urgency of my situation, as I needed the vehicle for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, the process to verify that the issue wasn’t due to my mechanic’s error was not expedited. This delay prevented me from receiving a replacement part promptly and getting it installed in time for my trip.

As a result of this delay caused by B and R Auto Wrecking Graham Car Parts supplying a defective part, I incurred significant additional expenses. I was forced to rent a vehicle to make my trip, and my mechanic had to undertake extra work, essentially doing the job twice. Consequently, I will not be a returning customer to B&R Auto Wrecking. Furthermore, I will not be recommending them to others. Despite their public response to my initial review, which appeared concerned, their follow-up actions have been non-existent. I followed their requested steps after their response, but have received no further communication or resolution from B and R Auto Wrecking Graham Car Parts. This experience highlights the potential risks associated with purchasing used auto parts and the importance of responsive and customer-centric service, especially when issues arise.
