Alien Car Part 2: Port of South Los Santos – Los Santos Naval Port
Travel to Elysian Island in the Port of South Los Santos, specifically the Los Santos Naval Port/Pier 45, west of the Terminal.
Drive to the end of the road on the east side of the warehouse building. Dive into the water and search the ocean floor among the debris. The alien car part is located under large iron beams. Be cautious of Merryweather security presence in this area.

You can find this part along the buttresses of Ranton Canyon Bridge near North Chumash.
