Ordering Information

How to Order:

We offer multiple convenient ways to place your order:

Mail Orders: Download our order form, list your desired part numbers and quantities, and mail it with a check or money order to the address provided.
Phone Orders (U.S. Only): Call us with your part numbers and quantities ready. Phone orders are payable by check or money order only.
Email Orders: Send your order via email, listing part numbers, descriptions, and quantities. Include your name and shipping address. We will reply with an email confirmation containing your order total, including postage and handling.

Payment and Shipping:

Checks: Allow up to 14 days for checks to clear before your order is shipped.
Insurance: Standard shipping is USPS non-insured. Pro Tech is not responsible for lost or damaged uninsured orders. For insured shipping, tracking, or signature confirmation, request “Priority” shipping and contact us for additional charges. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed by the recipient with USPS.
